About Me
Wow, you came this far? You must really want to know something about me. I guess you are extremely
bored. Been surfing the net too long, huh? Okay, I’ll bore you even more with my details. Maybe you
shouldn’t believe everything you read. I might stretch the truth or tell out n out lies. This is the internet,
you know.
I won’t tell you where I was born, my social security number or date of birth, my mother’s maiden name,
my father’s middle name or the name of my first pet. Mainly because I don't remember those things. I
can’t give out any bank account numbers, addresses or phone numbers and I refuse to tell you what I ate
for dinner last night. Other than that…
I was raised in a small coastal town in Connecticut where I started with music very early. We had two
pianos in the house and I never took lessons. I did take up the clarinet in elementary school and
somehow managed to stay with it. I switched to bass clarinet in junior high school and played the bass
drum for marching band in high school. I took some harmony and music theory classes in high school
and I recommend them to anyone interested in writing songs or playing in a band. At some point in high
school, I bought my first guitar and started lessons. Jump almost 30 years and here I am in Austin, TX,
writing and recording my own songs.
Along the way I lived in Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, back to Connecticut, Massachusetts, Texas, a brief stint in
California, Virginia, back to Florida, back to Virginia and then back to Texas where I’m at now. And before
all that started, I was born in New Jersey. Oops, I wasn’t suppose to tell you that, but I’m still not saying
what I ate for dinner last night.
I served in the US Navy for 6 years aboard the USS Albuquerque (SSN-706) fast attack submarine. After
I got out I started in the semiconductor industry and have been doing that trip for more than 24 years now.
Pretty sad, I know. I have the most fun mixing sound for a talented band with a steady gig on 6th Street
during the 90’s.
I’ve got a beautiful wife with two wonderful kids and life is good. Really good.
